Fixfie Studio (“Fixfie”, “we”, “us”) designs digital brand and product experiences. This policy explains what we collect when you visit fixfie.studio or send a discovery request, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, industry, and project notes. If you email or call the studio we keep the correspondence needed to respond. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to briefs, prepare proposals, run the studio, and improve the site. We do not sell personal data. We do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.

Sharing

We share information with processors who host email, files, and this website, under contracts that limit their use to our instructions. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the studio and our clients.

Retention

Discovery requests are kept for up to 24 months unless we enter a contract, in which case records follow the engagement and legal retention schedule. You may ask us to delete unused enquiry data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact studio@fixfie.studio. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
