These terms govern your use of the Fixfie website. Paid studio work is governed by a separate statement of work and master services agreement.

The site

Content on this site is for information only. Case studies may omit confidential details. Sending a form does not create a client relationship. We may decline or pause enquiries at our discretion.

Intellectual property

Fixfie owns the site design, copy, and original artwork unless a third-party licence is noted. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Client marks remain the property of those clients.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, misleading, or confidential information that you are not authorised to share. Discovery notes should not include secrets you are not prepared to send over email.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Fixfie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
